Loose Weight?? I want it so badly!

oo...i wanna loose my weight.... nak...nak.. i've tried  a lot.. but yet still not give me satisfaction.. once i did it but i stop the diet on the spot... how fool i'm on that time... someone please be strict on me... marah bila i've got so food to eat.. and prepare the suitable diet for me.. if not.. it doesnt work... hahaha.. kena ada instructor baru boleh jalan.. if me myself, memang dugaan die sangat mencabar.... please ALLAH do help me to control my food takings and do more exercise after this....
